The North face
The North Face was built on a love for the outdoors and the desire to enable all types of exploration, from your backyard to the Himalayas. Over the last 50 years they have lived by their “true north,” the belief that exploration has the power to change us, to challenge us and to help us see the world from new perspectives.
As they enter their sixth decade, they pledge to:

Evolve the way we make our products by improving our environmental performance and social responsibility in the supply chain.

She Moves Mountains is grateful to have the opportunity to work with The North Face to confront the lack of female presence in the climbing and professional guiding world.
This last year The North Face launched it’s She Moves Mountains campaign, celebrating female creators, athletes, educators, innovators. Relentless and unexpected explorers—role models who move mountains.
Some people build walls, other people climb them. The North Face see walls as a place to unite our community, so they're building walls that reflect the world we want to see. They're donating $1 million to The Trust For Public Land to help build public climbing walls in U.S. communities.
