Cancellation Policy

Refund of Payment:

  • 90% of your payment will be refunded if we are given more than 90 days notice

  • 75% of your payment will be refunded if we are given 61-89 days notice

  • 50% of your payment will be refunded if we are given 30 - 60 days notice

  • If given less than 30 days notice we cannot refund payment

Credit refund for a future event:

  • 90% of your payment will be credited toward a future SMM event or clinic if we are given 61 or more days notice

  • 65% of your payment will be credited toward a future SMM event or clinic if we are given 30 - 60 days notice

  • If given less than 30 days notice we cannot issue any credit

Why is our cancellation policy so strict?

We plan our events months in advance. We have to confirm guides, venues, permits, and we choose how to market depending on how many participants we have. If we were to refund participants who cancel with little notice it could lead to us losing money on events and unable to pay our guides. Additionally, cancellations lead to additional work for our staff - having to adjust inventory, issue refunds, and change our marketing strategy.

Essentially, these cancellation policies are in place so that we can institute policies that protect our guides and the sustainability of our business.

Protect your investment

For this reasons we suggest that participants purchase trip protection - to protect themselves from unforeseen circumstances that may lead to a cancellation and a loss of their investment.
